left and fill it in. Ensure that you include your e-mail and postal
addresses. We will confirm via e-mail the total of your order
(including shipping costs see below), and expected shipping date (if
the items are not in stock). Your order will be mailed as soon as
payment is received (Usually within 2 to 3
days).
SHIPPING
AND HANDLING COSTS: Postage will be calculated based upon
the weight of the parcel, its dimensions and destination. When
placing an order please indicate the preferred method of shipping,
i.e. surface, air or expedited (Canada only).
